		<description>Lewis it is great to have you back and blogging again. Once again you and I agree. I too work overseas and not only does discrimination happen to someone of another race, creed or color but also against those of the same ethic group but are considered of a lower class. As you said we Americans still have those that have there bias&#039;s but I believe over all we have certainly come a very long way and I believe we are still moving in a very positive direction. I hope that during my lifetime I will be able to say that racism has been elminated completly from our great nation. I know there will always be a few but my dream is that as a whole all races will feel equal and be treated the same and have complete and total equal rights which is what I believe the true American Dream is.</description>
